Cherry Creek Acres and Cherry Creek Village North Duplexes are the only communities that are not professionally managed
Not surprisingly, the upper tier/luxury communities of The Landmark (East & West) and Penterra Plaza have the most amenities, incl. front office concierge and pet washing station (Landmark)
