Notable observations:

Cherry Creek Acres and Cherry Creek Village North Duplexes are the only communities that are not professionally managed
Not surprisingly, the upper tier/luxury communities of The Landmark (East & West) and Penterra Plaza have the most amenities, incl. front office concierge and pet washing station (Landmark)
Almost 2/3 of all DTC communities have a pool
Over 2/3 of DTC community HOA's cover water, sewer, and trash
40% of DTC communities have a clubhouse
